My score didn't show up on the leaderboard.
Make sure you're signed into Game Center: iOS Settings → Game Center → sign in with your Apple ID. Scores are submitted automatically when a run ends. If you played a run while signed out, that score won't post retroactively.
I lost my Daily Challenge streak unfairly.
Streaks tick over at midnight UTC, not your local midnight — so a "yesterday" run finished after UTC midnight may count as today's run. If you genuinely played on consecutive UTC days and the streak still broke, email us and we'll investigate.
How do I clear contaminated tiles?
Any merge that happens orthogonally adjacent to a contaminated tile cleans it up. The "biohazard" pills (which can't merge themselves) are different — clear them with a sandwich merge: place two matching pills on opposite sides of the biohazard pill, and they'll merge through it for a 1.5× score bonus.
Why does the game feel harder than I remember?
Tap Settings → Difficulty. Each difficulty has different spawn weights, junk frequency, and blocker pacing. You may have switched modes or the default tuning may have changed in an update.
Will there be ads?
Not in version 1.0. A future update may introduce ads with an option to remove them via in-app purchase. We'll always disclose this in the App Store update notes before it ships.
